Nestled in the rolling hills of the Mornington Peninsula between wineries, seaside and delectable produce, Lavender Blue Cottage was a dilapidated cedar cottage. The manicured country garden surrounds and breathtaking views were the kindling to this classic English style renovation. Romantic trips to St. Ives in Cornwall, my husband’s childhood holiday spot, inspired the old world country cottage charm which I met with the latest in modern functionality, all the while focusing on creating a cosy and luxurious warmth in this very special home.
